Brian Lin, Handsome Asian American Wall Street Dude

This New York Times article introduces us to handsome asian american guy, Brian Lin. He now works for RRMS Advisors as a consultant on bad mortgages, but previously he was at Merrill Lynch. Here's an excerpt from the article.

Mr. Lin, the former Merrill trader, arrived late to the party. He was one of the last people hired onto Merrill’s mortgage desk, in the summer of 2007. Even then, Merrill guaranteed Mr. Lin a bonus if he joined the firm. Mr. Lin would not disclose his bonus, but such payouts were often in the seven figures.

Mr. Lin said he quickly noticed that traders across Wall Street were reluctant to admit what now seems so obvious: Their mortgage investments were worth far less than they had thought.

“It’s always human nature,” said Mr. Lin, who lost his job at Merrill last summer and now works at RRMS Advisors, a consulting firm that advises investors in troubled mortgage investments. “You want to pull for the market to do well because you’re vested.”

This photo is from a movie called Red Shoes, directed by Lianne Huang, where Yang plays a prostitute's client. Huang's website has more info on the film, and a video clip of shirtless Yang pressuring a prostitute for more services.

Ehren Watada, Beautiful Handsome Asian American Guy!

Ehren Watada's in the news again, because he's making progress in his case. This is a perfect opportunity to add some of his wonderful pics to my blog!

In addition to being a handsome asian american guy, he's also a hottie and a STUD. He has beautiful hair; it looks like he's never going to go bald. Because military guys always have their hair neat and precise, it always looks good.

Ehren looks like a model in this picture against the sky. What a stud!

I think there is a need to start investigating and acknowledging the ancestry and genes behind our handsome asian american guys! Here is Ehren with his parents. Of course, I can't help but zoom in immediately on Ehren.

Here Ehren is showing some of his beautiful smile and pearly teeth. Look at his luscious cheeks! Plus, he's sweating! If you look closely, you can see a bead of sweat near the top of his nose, between his beautiful eyebrows. Man, it looks so tasty, I'm thirsty to just wanna lick it off for him!

Here's handsome asian american guy, Phillip Lim, fashion designer! His portrait here is a very suave look. I just learned of Phillip while watching bonus american express video on Bravo's website--the aftershow for Project Runway. Kelley Ripa called into the show and mentioned Phillip when asked who her favorite designer was at the moment. Kelley appreciated being able to shop and find stylish items for herself and her young children, all in one place. I was intrigued, googled him, and was pleasantly surprised to discover Mr. Lim is a handsome asian american guy! His company is called "31" and his website is at www.31philliplim.com

According to Thakoon's wikipedia page, he was born in Thailand and grew up in Omaha--wow! This is an aside, but I remember reading this Matt Gross frugal roadtrip article which explained the large Vietnamese community in Omaha and Matt's Pho cravings fulfilled.

It's stunning and exciting to me that immigrants are choosing communities outside of the coasts to raise their families. I'm sure there are lots of handsome Thai-American and Vietnamese-American guys coming out of Omaha these days, and doing neat things! But since I've never been to Nebraska, and don't know it, I would really appreciate if readers could send me pics and leads on these handsome asian american guys from Omaha!
